Installation

Prerequisites

You will need to have following installed on your server before installing Helpdesk

• PHP 5.4 or above
• WordPress 4.1 or higher (Ref: The Famous 5-Minute WordPress Install)

Installation

Please follow these simple steps to install rtBiz Helpdesk plugin.

1. Once you complete the purchase, you’ll get download link for rtBiz Helpdesk.
2. Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload. Please select the rtbiz-helpdesk.zip file from your computer and click upload.
3. Activate it through the ‘Plugins’ section.
4. The rtBiz Helpdesk plugin will automatically install and activate rtBiz plugin. This plugin is used to manage the helpdesk contacts.
5. The Setup Wizard will appear, which will guide you to customize the Helpdesk plugin.(See Section 1.1 for details)

Theme Compatibility

This plugin has been optimized to work with standard WordPress themes, namely: Twenty Fifteen, Twenty Thirteen and Twenty Twelve.
