Enter license key
To get automatic updates for the Helpdesk plugin, users need to enter their license keys here.
Users can find the license keys from their My Account section.
More details about the License keys are given here .
Activate the key
i. After entering correct license key click on ‘Activate License’ button and save the key by clicking on ‘Save Key’ button.
ii. Once Activated , the Helpdesk Status will change to Activated as shown in the screenshot below:
