Backend reporting

The staff members with access to Helpdesk backend can sort and filter the tickets based on Dates , Ticket Status , Assignee , Ticket Authors, Products, Teams and more. (See Section 3.6 for details)

Navigate to the ticket listing page by clicking Helpdesk -> Tickets

1. Filters

You can filter the tickets as explained in Section 3.6 ticket Listing UI

2. Filter by customer gravatars

Click on customer’s gravatars as highlighted in screenshot below to see all the tickets created by that customer.

3. Filter by staff gravatars

Click on staff’s gravatar to see all the tickets where that staff member is involved.

4. Filter by clicking products

Click on the product names to filter tickets which belong to them.

Authorised Staff members can check ticket statuses in different formats as shown below:
