    Any retailer who runs his store on WordPress. WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads plugins have tighter integrations with Helpdesk.

  • I do not use any of the plugins to run my store. Can I still use this Helpdesk?

    Yes. You will just need to add the products manually to Helpdesk while setting up.

  • Will I be refunded if I don’t like this Helpdesk?

    Yes, no questions asked.

  • Are there any monthly costs?

    No. You only have to make one time payment for a one year regular update license.

  • Would the plugin UI be compatible with my theme?

    Yes if your theme is using WordPress classes as this plugin has been coded using those.

  • Can all my current customers use this helpdesk?

    Yes. They can create a ticket from their my-account and orders pages.

  • Who owns my data?

    Only you. The plugin will be installed into your WordPress on server owned by you.

  • What does the cost includes?

    The cost includes license with 12-months of upgrades and support.

  • How much will it cost to renew my licence?

    You can renew licences annually, and the cost for renewal will be 50% of the purchase price at time of renewal
