Please follow these simple steps to install rtBiz Helpdesk plugin.
- Once you complete the purchase, you’ll get download link for rtBiz Helpdesk
- Go to
Plugins > Add New > Upload. Please select thertbiz-helpdesk.zipfile from your computer and click upload - Activate it through the ‘Plugins’ section
- Configure using setup wizard
Note: rtBiz Helpdesk also installs and activates rtBiz plugin.
