Please follow these simple steps to install rtBiz Helpdesk plugin.

    1. Once you complete the purchase, you’ll get download link for rtBiz Helpdesk
    2. Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload. Please select the rtbiz-helpdesk.zip file from your computer and click upload
    3. Activate it through the ‘Plugins’ section
    4. Configure using setup wizard

Note: rtBiz Helpdesk also installs and activates rtBiz plugin.
